For every friend you recommend for a treatment at West Derby, valued at £15 or over, you will receive a FREE £5 Gift Card that can be used towards your own treatment.
TREATMENT TIMES
Treatment times vary depending on the treatment selected. Some of the Pamper Party treatments have been adapted to ensure we can offer these at reasonable prices in your own home. For this reason similar treatments at West Derby are usually longer than those offered at Pamper parties - any times shown for treatments are therefore approximate.
PAMPER PARTIES
BOOKINGS
In order to secure a firm date a £25 deposit is required. If the deposit is not received within five days of verbally agreeing a date the booking will be deemed preliminary only and we have the right to offer the date to another party.
The FULL balance is due as soon as the treatments have been decided and the Booking Form has been returned and all arrangements agreed.
CHANGE OF TREATMENTS
By us: Where possible we endeavour to offer all the treatments shown on the website and literature. As the skills of the therapists vary there may be occasions where a certain treatment cannot be honoured and an alternative will have to be selected.
By you: If you or your guests need to change a treatment it would be appreciated if you can inform us as quickly as possible. If we are not informed prior to the start of the party we may not have the correct products or equipment with us for the substituted treatment.
MINIMUM FEE
The minimum fee per Pamper Party is £120 regardless of the number of guests.
DISCOUNTS FOR PAMPER PARTIES
A discount of 5% is offered to the hostess based on the amount spent at your party. For example a party costing £120 (the minimum we charge for a party) would give the hostess a discount of £6 off her selected treatment. So the higher the cost of the party the higher the discount. The maximum discount offered is £20.
If the hostess or one of the guests book another party on the day of the party we will offer a further £10 Gift Card towards the cost of their next treatment.
The wax treatments are offered only as supplements to the main Pamper Party treatments and are not offered as stand alone treatments.
SURCHARGE
Depending on the location there may be a small additional charge for travel expenses. You will be informed of any such charge prior to your booking. Any parking fees are to be paid by the hostess.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our setting up time is not charged to the client.
CANCELLATIONS OR FAILURE TO ATTEND
Deposits are non-refundable. We cannot give individual refunds to guests who do not attend the Pamper Party or decide on a cheaper treatment after the full balance has been paid.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will qualify for a 50% refund only. For all other times prior to this 80% will be refunded to the Hostess.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
All therapists are fully experienced and carry the necessary Public Liability Insurance.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Failure to disclose a medical condition prior to confirming a booking may result in refusal to treat a client. Where possible we will always attempt to replace with a suitable treatment but this may not always be possible.
WORKPLACE TREATMENTS and CORPORATE EVENTS
The longer the time allocated the cheaper the hourly rate. The maximum hourly rate is £40. There is a minimum charge of £120 (this is for providing one therapist for three hours). Please call or email Maureen for further details of discounted rates.
In the event we are requested to spend additional time at an event (where a daily rate has not been agreed) we will charge a pro rata rate for each additional 15 minute period over the allocated agreed time.
