Express Facial (All skin types) £18 to £20
Includes cleanse, exfoliation, 10 minute mask, tone and moisturise.
The products used in this facial will be selected from a wide range
to suit your particular skin type. Price depends on products used.
Micro current Facial (all skin types) from £22
A non-surgical technique sending lectrical impulses to the facial
muscles and tissues to promote collagen production. The facial
muscles are stimulated giving them a ‘mini workout’ to help prevent
wrinkles, facial lines and sagging skin. If your skin is in poor condition an
intense course of six treatments followed by a monthly maintenance
programme is recommended.
Holistic Facial (all skin types/stress reliever) £23
This facial is all about deep relaxation. Using a variety of organic
products and essential oils to suit your skin type it includes a
pressure point facial massage and a mini head massage.
Hot & Cold Stone Facial £23
(Not recommended for sun damaged, irritated skin)
Combining warm stones with Lavender, Rose or Jasmine oils this facial
drains the lymphatic system to help eliminate toxins. It’s also a good
choice if you suffer from sinus related problems where a juniper or
geranium oil is used to ease congestion.
MEDIK8 Rejuvenating Facial (all skin types) £24
This facial includes a steam cleanse, a Prelase Peel, a Mask to suit your

Crystal Clear "Bright Eyes" Facial (instant eye lift) £23
If your eyes are looking tired, puffy or lined this is the treatment for you.
It uses the same techniques as the Mini Lift Facial (without the Mask) but

Luxury Holistic Treatment (all skin types)
We start with a head OR back massage, the choice is yours. This is followed
with a deep steam cleanse and exfoliation. Aromatherapy oil and pressure
point massage is used over the face, décolleté, neck, shoulders and arms to
help drain the lymphatic system. A calming mask is applied while you have a relaxing lower leg and foot massage (a hand and lower arm massage is offered
if you prefer). The treatment is completed with an essential oil toner and facial
serum.

Geisha Facial a TWO MASK Treatment (problematic skin) A unique blend of Nightingale droppings (imported from the USA) are used
under steam as the first mask. A relaxing Camellia Oil facial massage follows

MEDIK8 Dermaroller Therapy (Skin Needling)
Skin Needling helps smooth wrinkles and improve depressed acne scarring.
The Skin Needling is carried out with a roller covered with tiny needles.
This has two major benefits. It stimulates collagen and provides a channel
for gels, oils or creams to be absorbed more effectively through the top layer

Indian Head Massage £12 (20 mins) to £17 (30mins)
Indian Head Massage helps relieve aches and pains, alleviates stress and
rebalances your energy flow. The £12 treatment includes some back and
neck work. Add £5 for facial massage or additional back work.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage £18 30mins
A versatile treatment that will be adjusted to suit your needs and may include
Swedish massage or lymphatic techniques. It can also target specific muscle
groups that are tense, sore or aching. Knots in the upper back area may be
worked using trigger Point or Myofascial Release.
Hot Stone Back Massage £18 30mins
Hot stones are used with essential oils to create a sense of warmth and comfort
to the muscles of the back. If you suffer from severe back problems I prefer
to use a 'hands on' massage method and suggest the back, neck and shoulder
massage or Upper Body Aromatherapy massage.
Upper Body Swedish Massage

Swedish massage increases circulation and stretches the muscles, ligaments
and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. Includes back, arms, shoulder
and neck area. A full body Swedish massage includes the legs and feet.
Upper Body Aromatherapy Massage

A very gentle relaxing massage designed to drain the lymphatic system of
the upper torso. Essential oils are specifically blended to suit your individual
needs. The treatment includes back, arms, shoulder and neck area. A full body Aromatherapy Massage includes legs and feet.
Pregnancy Massage £23 45mins
A gentle full body massage designed especially for mums to be. Pregnancy
massage can reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs and relieve
aches and pains in muscles and joints. This treatment is only advised after
your fourth month of pregnancy but can then be continued right up the birth
of your baby.

Luxury Back Exfoliation £17 (25mins) £25 (50mins)The back is steam cleansed and exfoliated with a body polish. A lemon and
lime body tonic seals the pores and the treatment is finished with a back massage using an organic body lotion. The £25 treatment includes Back, neck and shoulder massage, Clay or Seaweed back Mask and lower leg/foot massage. This is a good treatment for backs prone to acne, spots and pimples OR a pre-holiday treatment.
Detox/Slimming Thigh Wrap £22 40mins
The treatment starts with dry body brushing to stimulate the circulatory
system and is followed with a slim wrap gel. The gel induces a rapid cooling
effect within the cell tissue, the essential oils in the gel stimulates the cells
and drainage begins. A mini facial is offered with this treatment at an additional

Refining Hip and Thigh Contour £18 30mins

Thermal Auricular Therapy (known as Hopi Ear Candling) is a pleasant and
non-invasive treatment used to treat a variety of conditions. The ear candles
induce heat upon the head and ears to soothe, relieve and relax.
Reflexology

An ancient pressure point technique that stimulates natural
healing and promotes well being. Pressure is applied to specific points on the
feet that correspond to reflex points on the body releasing toxins and tension.
Metamorphic Technique £24
Metamorphic Technique is an extremely relaxing therapy ideal for stress related problems. The herapy involves the massage of the spinal reflex points of the
feet, hands and head all of which is carried out on a massage couch while you
listen to guided meditation tapes for complete relaxation. Quartz crystals are
placed at the head and feet and an essential oil cool compress is placed on the
forehead.
