WORKPLACE TREATMENTS
One of the main contributors to everyday stress is our workplace. Surveys reveal that stress is the number one cause of absenteeism and costs employers hundreds of thousands of pounds each year on lost productivity and health care costs.
It therefore seems commonsense to provide some means of stress relief at the workplace. More and more employers are recognising that a regular workplace massage can reduce the physical and mental effects of stress, thus reducing burnout and stress related diseases.
Workplace Treatments in the United Kingdom is a relatively new concept but in the USA studies have proved how successful this has been and companies that now offer workplace massage include major corporations, such as Boeing, Apple Computer, Pepsi Co, Sony Music and United Airlines.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS?
How often and who pays?
The company pays
This scenario allows employees to forget about whether or not they can afford the treatment and is as a great way of improving the health and morale of your staff. Even though our fees are very reasonable if you decide to book regular appointments we can negotiate a discount.
Employer and Employee contribute
This is another option where both the company and the employee contribute to the workplace massage. It could be a 50/50 split or say, 75% company, 25% employee.
Employees pay
This scenario is the least common as most employees like to think their employer will contribute at least something towards their wellbeing, but if company funds are really tight and this is the only option then even allowing the employees to participate in a workplace massage treatment during working hours is better than nothing!!
Whatever way is chosen to finance the massage session it pays for itself almost immediately by upgrading the total work experience of everyone involved.
What does it cost?
This will vary depending on how many employees are going to participate and how many sessions you wish to book, as discounts are available if you book more than one session. Email for quote.
How easy is it to organise a workplace massage?
All you have to do is ensure you have a room (or rooms) that will accommodate the therapists and their equipment. We will advise on this when we have more information about your organisation. Depending on the size of the workforce and the number of employees who wish to participate it may be necessary to hold the Workplace Massage over two/threedays.
What are the maximum amount of employees you cater for?
We can cater for any amount of employees but the treatments may have to be planned around a number of days.
What discounts can I get for regular bookings?
Once we know the number of sessions and employees that require a treatment we can work out a discounted plan for your company.
How much room do I need?
Surprisingly little..!! If your organisation does not have a rest room we can set up in a Board Room, an unused office conference room or similar.
Do I need to provide anything on the day?
The only thing the therapists need is access to hot and cold water. Depending on the treatments some form of screening (Easel boards are ideal) would also be needed.
Will the treatments interfere with the running of the office?
Absolutely not. Everything is planned and timed beforehand and your daily business should function as normal.
What information do I need to provide?
Once we have received your enquiry we will contact you by telephone to discuss your requirements in more detail. If you decide to go ahead we will send you a Booking Form with all the relevant details.
